Delete your account
You can delete your Letter Bluff account, and all data associated with it, at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
In the game (instant)
- Open Letter Bluff and go to Settings, then Account
- Choose Delete account
- Confirm with Delete everything
This immediately and permanently deletes your account and everything tied to it: your profile and display name, sign-in identity, progress backup, scores and leaderboard entries, daily puzzle history, level results, purchase records, invite records, and the record of rewards earned from ads. It also wipes the save on that device.
By email
If you no longer have the game installed, email support@letterbluff.app with the subject "Account deletion request", from the email address linked to your account — or include your leaderboard display name. We verify the request, delete the account and all associated data within 30 days, and confirm by reply.
What is kept
Nothing tied to you. Records of financial transactions are held by Google Play or the App Store, not by us, and are kept by them as the law requires. Information collected by Google to serve ads is governed by Google's privacy policy and the ad settings on your device.
